Open to all Southern Arizona Girl & Boy Scouts and American Heritage Girls Ages 11-17

 

Raytheon in conjunction with AIAA is pleased to announce our third annual Scout Day, a program designed to raise local scouts’ awareness of Science Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM). Scouts will have the opportunity to earn one of eight Merit Badges/Patches, tour engineering labs, view demonstrations, and interact with professionals in a personal setting.

  

Class sizes are limited.

Adult leaders may attend this event only if registered and paid. Space for leaders is also limited.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Scouts are required to wear their uniforms.

Bring merit badge book if available.

 

Raytheon safety policies require all attendees to wear closed toe/closed heel shoes, with heels not to exceed 2 inches in height.

 

All adults over 18 (whether attending the event or providing transportation) must be US Citizens and will be required to provide a valid driver’s license in order to access the plant site.

 

Please have driver’s license available for security personnel in order to expedite access.

 

Cars are subject to search. Please leave any questionable materials (e.g. alcohol, firearms) at home.

 

Recording devices such as cameras, cell phones, IPods, Nintendo DS or variants are prohibited and must be left at home or in your vehicle.

All registrations are final and refunds for this event will not be possible.
