3-Day VT Teach & Tour Package - $1499

Enjoy 3 days on the beautiful trails and dirt roads of Vermont with the expert guidance of renowned motorcycle instructor, Lorne Banks.  

The 3-day Vermont tour will be spent perfecting the art of off-road motorcycling on historic dirt roads and trails.  Obstacles such as water crossing’s, deep mud, hill climbs and rocky terrain will be encountered, addressed and executed with professional instruction.  Subjects pertaining to riding technique, motorcycle adjustments, mechanics and safety will also be discussed.

Each evening will be spent at the brand new Hotel Jay, part of the 4.5-star Jay Peak Mountain Resort.  Dining at Jay Peak is second to none and special attention is made to provide fresh and local offerings such as Vermont raised meats and fresh-from-Maine seafood.   After dinner, relax by the fire with a warm Cider or a refreshing Vermont microbrew while we recount the day’s events and discuss the riding itinerary for the next.

Retire to your deluxe, King room and get some rest for another great day of riding!

Fly, Ride or Trailer.    

Kawasaki KLR 650 Dual-sport motorcycles will be available for Rent, for an additional cost of $129/day.

Event Schedule

Day 1 (1/2 day) - Friday

3pm Arrival.   Bikes are unloaded, situated.  

4pm Lorne provides tech lesson (1.5 hr)

7pm Dinner.   BBQ buffet on patio.


Day 2 - Saturday

8am Breakfast.   Hot breakfast on site.

9am  closed course riding lesson.  (2-3 hours)

12pm  Lunch.  Sandwiches provided by Jay Peak

1pm  Instructional tour.  Apply morning lessons to real dirt roads and trails.  Braking on gravel, small rocks, mud, small water crossings. (3.5-4.5 hours)

7pm  Dinner - Upscale evening meal


Day 3 - Sunday

8am Breakfast.   Hot breakfast on site.

9am  Instructional tour.  Large water crossings, Deep mud, hill climbs and lots of beautiful scenery! (all-day)

12pm  Lunch break.  Vermont country store.  Sandwiches and Ice Cream

5pm  Water Park / Jacuzzi on-site

7pm Dinner - Wood fired Pizza

 

Day 4 (1/2 day) - Monday

8am Breakfast

9am  Instructional tour.   Large rocks, rocky hill climbs, descents.

12pm  Tour Ends

Important Notes:  We teach & tour, in any weather, so please be sure to bring clothing & equipment that is conducive to riding in the forecasted weather for that day.
