All participants must have a signed liability waiver

Participant Description
Entries should incorporate the parade theme of ROCKLIN THROUGH THE YEARS.  An additional detailed description of your unit and/or organization must be submitted with this application form in the designated area. This description will be used by the Parade Committee to review, approve and process your application as well as by the parade announcers. All entrants must submit the parade participant description and application by April 27th, 2018.  Payments must be received no later than April 30th, 2018. WE look forward to seeing you!

Entry confirmations will be emailed within 30 days of receipt of application and applicable fees.   

Parade Rules and Regulations
Final rules, position assignments and parade route will be emailed to all applicants no later than April 30, 2018.

Refunds & Cancellations
  • There are no refunds after April 30, 2018.
  • Cancellation Fee is = to $2. This simply covers our costs of using this registration system.
