Agency/Independent Provider Billing Training-
This training is for waiver providers certified by DODD. We will be discussing billing processes for the Individual Options, Level 1, and SELF waivers. This training does not cover the Transitions waiver or billing Medicaid directly. 
 
Please note: We require a minimum of 12 participants registered per class. If fewer than 12 participants are registered per class, the class will be cancelled. Notification of cancellation will be emailed to all participants one week prior to the class.

IAF Training-
This training must be successfully completed to become an Assessor for the Individual Assessment Forms (IAFs) for non-state run Intermediate Care Facilities for Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities (ICF-IID). This training is offered once per quarter.

This all-day training must be completed successfully in order to provide Support Brokerage services for an individual with developmental disabilities in a paid or unpaid capacity.
