It is very important to us that we bring you the best possible programs and we want you to be "in the know" about all of our program offerings. Please take a moment to fill in the requested information so that we may get information to you in a timely manner! Thank You!
To sign up, enter all members of your family for the program(s) that best fit their grade/age. For example, if you have children who are 4 years old, a 3rd grader, a 5th grader, a 7th grader and 1 adult you would enter a quantity 1 for Godly Play, 2 for workshop rotation, 1 for Rite 13 and 1 for one of the adult programs.
Youth participating in the afternoon youth programs Club 56 (grades 5-6) and EYC (grades 7-12) should also register using this form.
