Join LGS/HCSS at our 2017 Users Conference coming to the YO Ranch Hotel and Conference Center in Kerrville, Texas.

What Is It All About
We offer integrated learning that is focused around your job and your software.  Along with detailed and informative training, attendees will have time to openly visit with the staff, share applicable experiences with peers, and learn how to maximize the efficiency of their software.   Sessions will offer a vast assortment of product specific educational training topics and collaborative brainstorming, in addition to technology advancements available by LGS and our group of affiliated Information Capital Enterprises. 

Who Is It For
The LGS/HCSS Experience is designed for our users and their support staff.   This encompasses all individuals in the following offices: Justice of the Peace, Municipal Court, County Treasurer, County Auditor, Municipal Finance Department, Sheriff, and Police Department.

What Does It Cost
The conference registration is $85.00 (does not apply to spouses) and includes:
  • Lunch
  • All conference snacks
  • Conference hospitality room (drinks snacks, and access to support staff for Q&A)

Upon completing the conference registration online an invoice will be emailed containing detailed identification and payment information.   If you do not receive this information please contact our Boerne office at 1-800-422-1982 and Mary Ellen Gillen will assist you.  In order to guarantee your conference reservation please make arrangements to pay the invoice no later than November 1, 2017.

  • A Full Refund will be given for cancellations made by October 15, 2017
