Event Details:
Walk-in Registration Fee: Registration fee for Non Saint Francis colleagues registering the day of the conference will be $30.00.

Cancellation Policy:  The registration fee includes live education, handout materials, and refreshments and meals, if applicable. Refunds, less a $10 administrative fee, will be given only if Saint Francis and MSD receive notification of cancellation 10 days before the date of event.  No refunds will be provided if cancellation notification is received after the event has occurred.

This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint providership of the Medical Society of Delaware and Saint Francis Healthcare.  The Medical Society of Delaware is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education activities for physicians.  MSD designates this live activity for a maximum of 5 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits
