Homebuyer Class Schedule 2020

Classes sometimes sell out, and registration closes 24 hours before class. Don't  delay registering for a class!

Thank you for your interest in YCCAC's Homebuyer Education class! As well as providing a thorough overview of the homebuying process, completion of the class is required by various lenders that offer special programs for first-time homebuyers. Free pre-purchase counseling will be available following the class to help you develop an action plan for purchasing a home. (Note: qualifying for a mortgage is based in part on income. If your income is fixed or very limited, feel free to contact the Homebuyer Ed Coordinator for input before registering.)

Below is the schedule of Homebuyer Education classes. Registration/materials fees are $30 per person, $50 per couple, payable via credit card or PayPal.

The registration form includes demographic information that is required by our funders -- HUD and ME State Housing Authority -- for statistical purposes only. YCCAC upholds strict confidentiality standards and will never share personal or demographic information with any additional entities without your permission. To receive YCCAC's Housing Counseling Privacy Policy contact Lee Sullivan (see below).

Questions? Please contact Homebuyer Education Coordinator Lee Sullivan at 207-459-2961, or lee.sullivan@yccac.org.
