The following training classes have been scheduled for 2022.

Basic Fingerprint Training:
This training is directed towards anyone who rolls fingerprints for criminal or non-criminal purposes. This may include jailors and corrections staff, police or sheriff department support staff or booking personnel, sworn law enforcement officers, DHHS employees and adoption agency staff.

Major Case Fingerprint Training:
This training is directed towards a law enforcement or law enforcement support audience. This may include jailors and corrections staff, police or sheriff department support staff or booking personnel, sworn law enforcement officers.  This training is only available by request.  Please contact Gerri.Green@nebraska.gov . (2 CE/CLE Hours)

Law Enforcement Fingerprint and Palm Print Training:

Criminal History Records Training:
This training is designed for law enforcement, court personnel and anyone else involved with maintaining criminal history records in Nebraska. (1.5 CE/CLE/JBE Hours)

Criminal Fingerprint Card Training:
This training is designed for law enforcement personnel responsible for filling out ink-rolled criminal fingerprint cards as well as those who process criminal LiveScan fingerprint submissions. (1 CE Hour)

NICS (National Instant Criminal Background Check System) Training:
This training will be presented by the FBI's NICS State Support Team and is open to local law enforcement personnel who utilize the NICS to conduct background checks as part of the process of issuing handgun purchase permits.
