imagineIS Service and Supports Administrator (SSA)

Day 1 - Learn how to navigate effectively through the imagineIS tool to manage your Individuals’ information including Individual's Front Page and Discovery Results.  Learn about the improvements that have been made in the system in all these areas as well as tips and tricks to make your job easier.

Day 2 - Focus on entering information in Essential Health, running Reports, uploading documents and phasing.  Instruction will focus on navigation and efficient entry of information.

Day 3 – Learn how to better utilize the imagineIS tool to develop Outcomes, Service Listings, Action Plans, Action Steps, and publish ISPs. Learn about improvements that have been made in these areas and strategies for increasing collaboration with Providers and Team Members including a review of the imagineIS Portal.

Advanced Training -  Improve SSAs depth of understanding in one or more particular areas within imagineIS.  
This course is designed to cover areas the specific attendees request. 

There are no pre-requisites or fees for SSA Training sessions.  Attendees have reported that they benefit the most if they have completed Person-Centered Planning training before imagineIS training.

Customer Guide (CG) / Eligibility Specialist (ES), Finance Manager (FM), Budget Support Specialist (BSS), Services and Supports Administrator (SSA) Director Training

Learn how to utilize the imagineIS tool to perform roles in the imagineIS system to; create new individuals, perform transfers, assign individuals to SSAs, cost service listings and set up the financial system as a Finance Manager, Budget Support Specialist, Customer Eligibility Specialist and SSA Supervisor/Director.
There are no pre-requisites or fees for Administration training sessions.

What's New Webinars

Training sessions are designed for imagineIS users that have already completed imagineIS training classes.  The content of each session will vary based on feedback received from imagineIS users.

Each session will include new
features/functions that have recently been released.  The instructor(s) will also demonstrate specific features/functions that imagineIS users have identified as areas they would like to receive additional training.    

There are no pre-requisites or fees for What's New training sessions.  Attendees have reported that they benefit most if they have completed Administration or SSA training, and have worked in imagineIS for a period of time, before attending What's New webinars.
